Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
- Pull the dumbbells toward your hips, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Keep your elbows close to your body and exhale as you lift the weights.
- Lower the dumbbells back down with control.

Upright Rows
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand, palms
facing in. - Lift the weights towards your chin, keeping elbows pointed outward.
- Squeeze your shoulders at the top, then lower the dumbbells back down.
Single Arm Row
- Stand with one knee and hand on a bench, holding a dumbbell in the opposite
hand. - Pull the dumbbell towards your hip, engaging the lat muscles.
- Lower the weight in a controlled manner.
