Dumbbell Russian Twists
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat.
- Hold a dumbbell with both hands, close to your chest.
- Lean back slightly to engage your core muscles.
- Lift your feet off the ground for added challenge.
- Rotate your torso to one side, bringing the dumbbell beside your hip.
- Return to the center and then twist to the other side.
Dumbbell Bicycle Crunches
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat.
- Hold a dumbbell with both hands, close to your chest.
- Lean back slightly to engage your core muscles.
- Lift your feet off the ground for added challenge.
- Rotate your torso to one side, bringing the dumbbell beside your hip.
- Return to the center and then twist to the other side.
Dumbbell Plank Row
- Start in a plank position with a dumbbell in each hand.
- While maintaining a plank, lift one dumbbell toward your hip.
- Lower the dumbbell back to the ground and repeat on the other side.
- Keep your core engaged to stabilize your body.
