Dumbbell Russian Twists

  • Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat.
  • Hold a dumbbell with both hands, close to your chest.
  • Lean back slightly to engage your core muscles.
  • Lift your feet off the ground for added challenge.
  • Rotate your torso to one side, bringing the dumbbell beside your hip.
  • Return to the center and then twist to the other side.

Dumbbell Bicycle Crunches

  • Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat.
  • Hold a dumbbell with both hands, close to your chest.
  • Lean back slightly to engage your core muscles.

  • Rotate your torso to one side, bringing the dumbbell beside your hip.
  • Return to the center and then twist to the other side.

Dumbbell Plank Row

  • Start in a plank position with a dumbbell in each hand.
  • While maintaining a plank, lift one dumbbell toward your hip.
  • Lower the dumbbell back to the ground and repeat on the other side.
  • Keep your core engaged to stabilize your body.
