Dumbbell Bent Over Rows

  • Pull the dumbbells toward your hips, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  • Keep your elbows close to your body and exhale as you lift the weights.
  • Lower the dumbbells back down with control.

Upright Rows

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand, palms
    facing in.
  • Lift the weights towards your chin, keeping elbows pointed outward.
  • Squeeze your shoulders at the top, then lower the dumbbells back down.

Single Arm Row

  • Stand with one knee and hand on a bench, holding a dumbbell in the opposite
  • Pull the dumbbell towards your hip, engaging the lat muscles.
  • Lower the weight in a controlled manner.
