Dumbbell Squats

  • Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides / or one dumbbell with both hands.
  • Squat down by bending your knees and hips, keeping your back straight.
  • Return to the starting position.

Dumbbell Lunges

  • Bend forward at the hips, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  • Extend your arms back, keeping your upper arms stationary.
  • Squeeze your triceps at the top of the movement.

Dumbbell Step-Ups

  • Step onto a bench or platform while holding a dumbbell in each hand.

Calf Raises

  • Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
  • Rise onto your toes, lifting your heels off the ground.
  • Lower your heels back down.
