Dumbbell Squats
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides / or one dumbbell with both hands.
- Squat down by bending your knees and hips, keeping your back straight.
- Return to the starting position.
Dumbbell Lunges
- Bend forward at the hips, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Extend your arms back, keeping your upper arms stationary.
- Squeeze your triceps at the top of the movement.
Dumbbell Step-Ups
- Step onto a bench or platform while holding a dumbbell in each hand.
Calf Raises
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
- Rise onto your toes, lifting your heels off the ground.
- Lower your heels back down.
