Dumbbell Shoulder Press
- Sit or stand with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
- Press the dumbbells overhead, engaging the shoulder muscles.
- Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height.

- Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, arms by your sides.
- Lift the dumbbells out to the sides until they reach shoulder height.
- Lower the dumbbells back down.

- Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing your thighs.
- Lift the dumbbells forward until they reach shoulder height.
- Lower the dumbbells back down.
