Dumbbell Shoulder Press

  • Sit or stand with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
  • Press the dumbbells overhead, engaging the shoulder muscles.
  • Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height.
10kg x2 Dumbbells
  • Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, arms by your sides.
  • Lift the dumbbells out to the sides until they reach shoulder height.
  • Lower the dumbbells back down.
10kg x2 Dumbbells
  • Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing your thighs.
  • Lift the dumbbells forward until they reach shoulder height.
  • Lower the dumbbells back down.
