Great question! ClickFit weight plates, dumbbells and barbells are designed to be compact, adjustable, and versatile, giving you the flexibility to perform a wide range of exercises without needing multiple pieces of equipment. Buy them as a dumbbell, then add the ez-curl bars to isolate those biceps and triceps. What’s more, by removing the plates from one side, you convert them into hammer dumbbells to vary your exercises. Or just adjust the weight on one side of the dumbbell so that the uneven weight helps build rotational strength, something you typically need to buy a separate macebell to achieve. This versatility helps keep training interesting and keeps you motivated – so you get the best use for your money.
Absolutely! ClickFit is designed for everyone. We’ve kept it as close to a traditional dumbbell as we can, with main difference being possibly the fastest adjustability of any dumbbell. Rest is up to you, start light and build up at your own pace— or go hard and do drop sets to max out your muscles.
Great question – they made from aluminum which is naturally resistant to rust meaning they should last longer than standard cast iron weights. The bars are standard steel.
Definitely! It’s a great tool for controlled, progressive exercises. It’s also easy to change weights with one hand and easier to move around without a base units or extra weight that comes with some units.
We would always recommend checking with your doctor or healthcare professional for guidance specific to your recovery before using any fitness equipment.
Yes it is. It has been especially designed to be tight to ensure a secure fit. The clamps will require a firm push but should get easier after a few uses, however as you will primarily adjust weights using the removable segments, adding/removing plates will be quite infrequent.
If you only do basic or low weight exercises, then standard off the shelf clamps can suffice. Always check they are on securely before use.
Absolutely. The feedback has been amazing on how easy it is. Just does what it says on the tin. To remove a weight segment, squeeze the red triggers in and pull out. To add weight back on, click the segment back in. As you grow stronger, you can add additional ClickFit or standard plates with the quick release clamp on collars.
